JUSTIN DART
and the
Presidential Medal of Freedom

On January 15, 1998, Justin Dart and 14 other Americans were given the nation's highest award, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.  

The award ceremony took place in the White House and was attended by both President and Mrs. Clinton. Lex Frieden attended the ceremony, and he obtained the accompanying photographs.
