About the Presenter

Jack D. Humburg, M.A., C.R.C. is the Director of Housing Development and Americans with Disabilities Act Services with Boley Centers, Inc.  Mr. Humburg serves as the State Network Administrator for the Florida Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Leadership Network.  This network is the state affiliate of the Southeast Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center, a program of the U. S. Department of Education.  In addition to his ADA responsibilities, Mr. Humburg is responsible for the development of affordable housing at Boley Centers.  Currently, Boley Centers owns and operates over 400 units of affordable housing, manages another 70 units, and administers over 380 Section 8 vouchers for individuals with disabilities.  Mr. Humburg was recognized as the Outstanding Community Advocate by the Florida Independent Living Council in 2004 and received the Fair Housing Award from the Tampa Bay Fair Housing Consortium in 2007. 

Peter Blanck, Ph.D., J.D., is University Professor at Syracuse University, Chair of the Burton Blatt Institute: Centers of Innovation on Disability (BBI), and Principal Investigator for the Southeast DBTAC grant from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research.

William N. Myhill, M.Ed., J.D., is Senior Research Associate with BBI, Adjunct Professor of Law at Syracuse University, and Faculty Associate with the Center for Digital Literacy.
