Development Support Specialist (Hybrid), RAMP, Rockford, IL

RAMP Disability Resources and Services is seeking a Development Support Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role is an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. They should have prior experience supporting fundraising events and donor relations, and demonstrating discretion in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Office 365 and donor database systems is preferred, along with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A passion for supporting community initiatives, particularly those aligned with the Independent Living Philosophy will make this candidate stand out. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Job Location: Position is based out of Rockford RAMP office; hybrid remote work option.

Starting salary range - based on experience: $18 - $20/hour, 20-24 hours per week
