Association of Travel Instruction (ATI)

ATI is a national membership organization providing support, information, education and advocacy for travel instructors.

Consortium for the Educational Advancement of Travel Instruction (CEATI)

CEATI promotes the continuing development of Travel Instruction through research, education, advocacy, the development of professional standards, and certification.

Easterseals Project Action (ESPA)

ESPA provides customized training solutions and technical expertise on a wide variety of accessible transportation topics. We are also, in partnership with the Center for Urban Transportation Research, the only provider of a certification program for the professional development of travel trainers.

ATI has announced their 23rd annual conference. It will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 8-10, 2023. This year the Sheraton - Salt Lake City will be hosting the conference in the heart of the downtown business & entertainment districts. Early registration ends June 30, more information will be released soon!

CEATI has announced the Travel Instruction Conference "Street Smarts" on September 29th & 30th, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Register Now for the Travel Trainer Certification Program

Easterseals Project Action (ESPA) offers a comprehensive certification program for travel training instructors. Certified through the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida, the program provides travel trainers of all experience levels with the Certified Travel Training Instructor (ctti) credential. All credits are provided remotely by Easterseals Project Action through our comprehensive online learning portal. The program requires 60 credit hours of instruction plus a comprehensive online test and a hands-on practicum.
