SPIL Instrument and Instructions Available & FY2024 SPIL Extension Reminder
The updated SPIL Instrument and Instructions are now available and posted on the ACL website under the heading of Submitting State Plans for Independent Living.
Also, OILP disseminated guidance in October 2022 on the FY2024 SPIL extension. As a reminder, SPIL amendments were due to Program Officers by June 30. Please see the guidance available on the ACL website at
