Office of Independent Living Programs (OILP) Monitoring
Regarding the current OILP monitoring process for grantees, the office continues to follow the COMP process when conducting reviews. More about that process can be found here. On the IL COMP webpage is a CIL evaluation tool and a fiscal review tool that OILP uses when conducting monitoring visits. We encourage grantees to use these tools to strengthen their operations, and always let your Program Officer know if you have any questions.
