Knowing what an entity can and cannot ask about a person’s disability status is an important part of the ADA. Is a person required to disclose their disability? Are there different requirements for people with visible vs. invisible disabilities? Can an employer force you to disclose your disability? What about my child’s daycare, a university or a public library? What questions can they ask? Please join us for this live Q&A event with ADA professionals from the ADA National Network who will be answering these and other questions related to sharing or requesting information about a disability.
Individuals are encouraged to submit questions for the presenters in advance through the registration process.
Human generated captioning and sign language interpreters will be available.
