About the Training
If you are overwhelmed by Medicaid, then this on-demand training is perfect for you. This training is designed to help new Center for Independent Living staff to understand the structure and history of Medicaid, services and waivers that support community living, and successful appeal strategies. The presenter, Suzanne Crisp, is a nationally-recognized expert on Medicaid and she makes learning Medicaid easy. Completion of the training will give you the knowledge you need to support consumers in your community.
Target Audience
This introductory level presentation is perfect for Executive Directors, managers, and line staff who are new to working with Medicaid. Staff and council members of SILCs may also benefit.
