Ginger Reimer has served as the Program Director of the largest Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program in Wisconsin at IndependenceFirst in Milwaukee since 1995. The program currently serves 1,250 consumers and 1,600 personal care workers. As a supervisor and caregiver, she knows the ramifications of the personal care workforce industry from all angles. Ms. Reimer has served as a past president and board member for several years for Wisconsin Personal Services Association (WPSA) and is the current President. She also serves as a board member for the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance. Ms. Reimer serves on the implementation committee and is current chair of the Self-Directed Personal Care Committee of the advisory council for DHS - Wisconsin IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) Program.
