Shari Coatney is the President/CEO of SKIL Resource Center and an advocate for people with disabilities. For the past 17 years she has worked with her team to grow the SKIL organization to the point of serving more than 6400 people throughout Kansas. With 9 outreach offices, a home health, assistive technology, and 4 radio stations, the message of independence is reaching the homes and communities of all of Kansas. Shari’s desire to empower people with the tools to succeed is also reflected in her home. She has worked with TFI Family Services in providing a growing environment for children with disabilities for over 18 years.
